Russia's Multiregional TransitTelecom (MTT) open joint-stock company, a national operator of domestic long-distance and international communication of Russia, and Uzbektelecom, national telecommunication operator of Uzbekistan, signed an agreement "On rendering services on access to Internet and organization of international channel".
